At Caldecote Day Nursery our team all hold professional qualifications but also share the same beliefs and values, attitude and enthusiasm with regards to their outlook towards childcare.Each staff member brings different experiences to the setting but they all share the same goal of delivering a high quality, learning experience to each child.All staff members undertake an enhanced DBS check, hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education and take part in continuous professional development.
